Junior Classes

Junior beginners classes are on Wednesday from 17:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs.

With effect from 30th October 2006, classes will be on Wednesdays from 18:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs.

Senior Classes

Currently seniors (beginners and advanced) and advanced junior classes are held on Mondays from 18:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs and Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19:00 hrs.

With effect from 30th October 2006, classes on Mondays and Wednesdays will be from 19:00 hrs to 20:30 hrs

Anybody is welcome to come along to watch or join in, just turn up or email Trevor for more information (sensei@addlestoneskc.co.uk) . We hold regular gradings and special courses. Any problems or queries, please report them to your Sensei so they can be dealt with.

If it is your first time, just wear loose, comfortable clothing and please note you will be doing Karate in bare feet.  You will be insured under the club's insurance for the first 3 lessons only, giving you enough time to apply for a license (which the club will do on your behalf).  We can also supply karate suits, if required.
